4. User Account Access. Favsmile may provide you with a username and password that will allow you to access a user account that may also give you access to additional services. Should Favsmile provide you with a user account, you will have the ability to edit your Personal Information through your user account’s control panel and limit the amount of Personal Information that is displayed or used by the Website by adjusting your privacy settings. Should you wish to cancel or delete your user account, you may do so within your user control panel. 6. Compliance with COPPA. Favsmile undertakes reasonable efforts to comply with COPPA, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. Consistent with the COPPA, FAvsmile will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Additionally, Favsmile will never knowingly request Personal Information from children under the age of 13 without first requesting verifiable parental consent. When a user accesses the website and provides any personal information, the user is representing to Favsmile that he or she is an adult. If a child provides the website with personally identifiable information, we ask that a parent or guardian contact us. We will then delete the personally identifiable information pertaining to the child from our records.
